Two Year Old Trip To Debut

Jan 19, 2019

It's always an exciting time when horses make their racing debuts, and Grand Syndicates has a two year old set to do just that on Sunday at Sale.

In the opening event, the 2 year old Trip will step out for the first time after some nice efforts at the jump outs. Trainer John Price has been pleasantly surprised at how forward the daughter of handy sire Good Journey is at this early stage of her career and is hoping that this race will benefit her long term, giving her some race experience at this early stage.

Also off to Sale will be Trip's stablemate Gee Whizzer, a last start winner at Stony Creek for John Price who will be looking to add to his record of six wins and 18 placings in the seventh event of the day.
